Step 2: Buy credit online or contact us to arrange your payment method

Step 3: Dial one of our access numbers in your region

Step 4: Dial the phone number that you would like to call

Q: How can I make a call?

Typically, there are many ways to use our service, but the 2 most popular ways are Calling card scenario and Callback scenario.

  • Calling card scenario: Like a calling card,  you use your regular phone or your cell phone, dial  any available local access number in your city, after authentication, with PIN or without PIN (PIN-less),  you will be asked to enter your destination number.
  • Callback service: You just dial callback number and hang up . Our server will call you back in few seconds and will ask you to enter your destination number. For this feature, you must call from a number which is already added to your account. Refer to PIN-less feature for more information.
  • Iphone and IP phone: You would configure your device by entering your user name, password and our registrar server IP. Please contact us for more information and support.

Q: Where can I find all access numbers?

In the left menu (Service Info), you have "Access numbers " link. You can find a list of all access numbers for different cities.

Q: What is my PIN?

Each customer has a PIN (Personal Identification Number).  You are authenticated by your PIN. If this is the first time that you use our service, after signing up, click on "Buy Credit", then choose "First-time Client", in this way, you receive a permanent PIN  after successful payment.

Q: What is PIN-less feature?

You can register up to five personal phone numbers that you frequently call from (mobile or landline) and we’ll remember your PIN for you when calling from one of these registered phone numbers. Simply dial the access number, and after the prompt, dial the phone number you would like to call. No need to enter a lengthy PIN. To add or remove any phone number(s) to or from your account, please contact us.

Q: How many phone numbers can I register or add on my account?

The system accepts up to five numbers per account. Do not register work phone numbers unless you own the company.

Q: What is the dialing format ?

  • For international call, start your number by 011 or 00  ( 011 + Country + City + Number )

Example : for calling England : 011 44 1234567

  • For Canada and USA, start your number by 1  ( 1 + City + Number )

Example : for calling Toronto: 1 416 1234567

Q: Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

NO - All you have to do is completing the sign up form and buy credit.

NO CONTRACT, NO EXPIRY, NO CONNECTION FEES, AND NO MAINTENANCE FEES” .

Q: Do I have to pay any extra fees?

NO - Unlike other programs you do not have to pay any set-up fees, switching fees, or network fees or monthly fee. You just need to buy credit to make your calls.  Furthermore, the credit would not expire.

Q: Can I check call details online?

For security reasons, we have removed this option. Like other calling cards, when you dial any access number, the system  announces your available credit and when you enter your destination number, it announces how many minutes you can talk for this destination.  If you need your calls' details, please contact us; we will send them by email.
