Terms of Service

By using RitaCall, the customer agrees and undertakes:

 

Usage based on 1-minute increments: For every one minute of use or less, customer shall be charged for the full minute.  Liabilities are limited to the value of the phone card only. Rates and fees are subject to change without notice. Phone Card is not refundable under any circumstances. Maybe  Phone Card expires after 1 year if you don't recharge it and don't use the service. A disconnection may occur due to the quality of certain cellular or telephone networks beyond our control.
